Materials and colour

Colour shades may vary slightly from those shown in the photographs, this is due to the dyeing process.

Packaging

Each handbag purchased is housed in it own handmade Rebekka Leigh branded box ensuring it is protected during delivery and the times when its not in use. Click here to read more about our gift packaging.

Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse our products online, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have completed your selection, click on "Shopping bag" at the bottom of the page and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept most credit and debit card payments; these are handled by our secure credit card processing facility: Paypal. If you are shopping from a country other than the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, and post or via this website with our secure internet ordering facility.

Orders by cheque

Please make cheques payable to "Rebekka Leigh" and send to us with a printed order from our online shop, remember to keep a copy for yourself. Your order will be despatched as soon as your cheque has cleared and your order has been produced. This can take between 8 - 28 working days due to each item being handmade to order.

We are committed to despatching your order as soon as possible. We do not have a Royal Mail collection Sundays.

Shipping and handling

All United Kingdom deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Special delivery parcel rates, as this is the most cost effective. Delivery can take between 8 – 28 days from the day of order depending on the products you select and the time needed to hand produce each item in your order. You will be requested for a signature to confirm delivery.

International deliveries are sent by Royal mail Airmail with International signed for. The maximum weight for all international orders is 2kg. If you require a larger order please e-mail us with details of your order and we will arrange another method of delivery.

Credit Card Security

Your complete peace of mind is vitally important to us, for this reason your credit card details are processed by a secure server from the World's Leading Online Payment Provider: Paypal.com. You can access their website at: www.paypal.com

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. We do not receive any credit card details, only a confirmation that the transactions have been authorised.

Guarantee

Rebekka Leigh would like to guarantee your complete satisfaction, we will do our utmost to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to address your needs in a fast and efficient manner.

Rebekka Leigh does NOT disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies/Sessions are used on this shopping site to keep track of contents within your shopping bag once items have been selected.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date.
